A piece from the catalogue or something we have never made before. Every enquiry is read by the person who would build it.

Before you ask

Why are there no prices?: Because there is no such thing as a standard piece here. The skin, the finish, the interior, the hardware and the dimensions are all chosen by you, and each of those moves the number. Tell us what you want and you get one firm quote, not a range.
How long does it take?: Between five and fourteen weeks depending on the piece, and longer if we are waiting for skins that match. We would rather quote an honest date than a flattering one.
Can I really choose everything?: Yes — leather, finish, colour, interior leather, interior colour, hardware, stitch colour, dimensions and initials. If you would rather not decide all of it, say so and we will put a combination in front of you.
Is it actually all hand-stitched?: Yes. Every seam on every piece, by experienced artisans. There is no machine stitching anywhere on anything we make.
How do I pay, and where do you ship?: Bank transfer once the specification is agreed. We ship worldwide, tracked and insured. Import duty at the destination is the client's responsibility.
Can you copy a piece I already own?: Send photographs with something for scale. We will not reproduce another house's design stitch for stitch, but we are happy to build something that works the way your old one did.
