Cut from the belly, where the scales run most evenly and the leather softest. Every inner panel is thinned down by hand before we put it together, so even with 8 card slots it still sits flat in a jacket pocket. The interior is where most of the decisions are made: a contrast chèvre lining is the combination we are asked for most often. The card panels can be faced in the same skin as the outside if you want the whole thing in crocodile or alligator
